Request a review

If you work at a media outlet or wrote an article that is in the Observatory, you can ask us to review its analysis. Each request receives a reference number and a written reply within 10 business days. If we correct the analysis, the rating is updated and a record is kept.

How it works

You receive a reference number and a private link to follow your request.
The Analyzer reviews it right away: if you tell us you corrected the article, it reads and rates it again; if a flag is wrong, an AI reviews it in context and, if you are right, it stops deducting.
A team member reviews everything and writes the reply. If necessary, we adjust Turing for all articles.
We reply in writing within 10 business days at most, with what we decided and why.
If we correct it, the article’s rating is updated and the reply may appear on its page.
