Tijuana, 11 de mayo. - Integrantes de la Patrulla Espiritual y empleados de una llantera fueron denunciados por el delito de privación ilegal de la libertad en contra de una mujer transgénero, los hechos fueron documentados en una tramitación en vivo que el mismo líder de la organización grabó y compartió en sus redes sociales.
La carpeta de investigación quedó bajo el NUC 04/2026/14466 y fue presentada el 9 de mayo pasado, en Tijuana, luego de que una activista del estado recibiera al menos tres videos publicados en la página oficial de la Patrulla Espiritual en el que grabaron cuando identificaron a una mujer transgénero y, en contra de su voluntad, la subieron a una camioneta.
En las imágenes quedó documentado como la víctima, quien se identificó como mujer, era llamada constantemente como hombre y que pese a negarse a subir a la camioneta y recibir alguno de los servicios que le ofrecían fue obligada a subir. Incluso dentro del vehículo la mujer transgénero pedía que la dejaran ir sin que respetaran su petición.
La Asamblea Nacional Trans No Binaria emitió un posicionamiento en el que exigieron la intervención inmediata de la Subdirección de Diversidad e Inclusión del Ayuntamiento de Tijuana ante las posibles violaciones a los derechos humanos de una trans woman privada de su libertad por integrantes de la denominada “Patrulla Espiritual”.

LGBTTTIQ+ advierten que hay más casos como este en los centros de rehabilitación de la Patrulla Espiritual, los cuales están exhibidos en las mismas redes sociales de sus líderes, lo que queda en evidencia que en estas estancias de supuesta rehabilitación del abuso de consumo de sustancias legales e ilegales también se llevan a cabo terapias de conversión.
